• Team: Works collaboratively within a global team, closely with a Resident Solutions Architect (RSA).
• Mission: Design, implement, and manage HashiCorp enterprise solutions, directly supporting customers’ cloud transformation journeys.
• Tech Stack: HashiCorp enterprise solutions, Linux, Windows, CI/CD, version control, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), AWS, Azure, GCP, third-party systems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Plan Execution: Execute the technical customer solution plan designed by the Resident Solutions Architect for HashiCorp tool implementations.
• Solution Design & Management: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of HashiCorp enterprise solutions.
• Third-Party Integration: Assist in the design and configuration of seamless integrations between HashiCorp enterprise solutions and various third-party systems.
• Automation Development: Build robust automation for the deployment, management, and operational aspects of one or more HashiCorp solutions.
• Customer Best Practices: Consult with customer application, platform, and operations teams, guiding them on best practices for integrating their tools, applications, and services with HashiCorp tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Foundational understanding of modern IT infrastructure and development practices.
• Experience: Proven experience operating both Linux and Windows systems, coupled with exposure to at least one public cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and its common services.
• Skills:
1. Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD methodologies, and version control solutions.
2. Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and practices.
3. Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, simple terms to various audiences.
4. Familiarity with common security and compliance requirements relevant to enterprise IT environments.
5. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in group environments, taking ownership and executing tasks independently.
