EMEA PMO Customer Service Logistics | LVMH

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Moët Hennessy, the Wines and Spirits Division of LVMH, located in France (Île-de-France). This role is crucial for driving and coordinating strategic transformation across EMEA Customer Service and Logistics operations, establishing common fundamentals and orchestrating cross-functional programs. It ensures sustainable adoption and delivery of business benefits across the global ecosystem.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive and coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across EMEA Customer Service and Logistics operations.
• Establish common operational fundamentals, governance, processes, data standards, and reporting capabilities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional transformation Programs and ensure sustainable adoption across Markets, Regions, and Central teams.
• Act as the single point of coordination between diverse internal departments and external 3PL partners.
• Ensure successful execution of the transformation roadmap and delivery of business benefits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. This role requires a professional with a manager-level background in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or Transformation programs.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience, specifically in managing cross-functional projects within international and matrix organizations. Candidates must have a strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Logistics processes and experience collaborating with external logistics providers and technology partners.
• Skills: Strong project and program management, including Change Management methodologies. Proficient in Supply Chain operations, Customer Service processes, and Logistics/distribution operations, including process mapping, standardization, and business process improvement. Skilled in Data governance, Business Intelligence, and reporting, with experience in ERP Systems (SAP preferred) and EDI Flows for customer integration.
• Bonus: Fluent in French desirable.
