Customer On-Site – Jacksonville, FL | Traba

The Tone:
This is a customer on-site role for Traba, located in Jacksonville, FL. Traba provides workforce solutions, connecting workers with client needs. This role is crucial as it serves as the direct link between Traba’s workforce and client leadership, ensuring smooth operations and high service delivery on-site. You will act as the face of Traba, driving worker support and maintaining strong relationships.

The TL;DR

• Mission: Serve as the main point of contact between Traba’s workforce and our client’s on-site leadership team, driving service delivery and acting as the face of Traba inside the facility.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Relationships: Build strong relationships with client site supervisors and Traba workers, ensuring both receive timely updates, feedback, and support.
• Coordinate Onboarding & Scheduling: Facilitate worker onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins; coordinate interviews and start schedules for new hires, overseeing vetting and drug testing.
• Support & Performance Management: Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; manage worker performance on-site and escalate issues to internal teams as needed.
• Execute Day-to-Day Operations: Support site operations by ensuring adequate staffing coverage, managing shifts and schedules, and distributing and managing PPE.
• Bridge Communication & Resolve Issues: Act as the central communication point between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams, proactively resolving concerns and handling incident escalations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating foundational knowledge for an early career operations or customer-facing role.
• Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; professional demeanor; organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver; bilingual communication.
• Bonus: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
