Cross-Asset Structured Products Sales Intern (f/m/x) | Deutsche Bank

The Tone:
This is a full-time, temporary internship at Deutsche Bank, located in Paris, France. For over 150 years, Deutsche Bank has served as a Global Hausbank for clients across its Corporate Bank, Private Bank, Investment Bank, and Asset Management divisions. This role is vital for strengthening the Structured Products Sales team by supporting its day-to-day activities, enabling client navigation in a complex financial world.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Trade Ideas & Commentary: Prepare trade ideas using research and trading axes, summarize weekly flows, and produce weekly market commentary for clients.
• Process Support: Support pre- and post-trade processes, including term sheets, booking, product setup, and fee payments.
• Client Interaction: Respond to client enquiries, assist with structured-product pricing, and monitor market movements to support transaction execution.
• Client Onboarding: Assist the team with coordinating client KYC requirements for new-client onboarding and ongoing reviews.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Eligible to work in France and able to provide a valid internship agreement. Strong interest in and knowledge of financial products and the financial services industry.
• Experience: Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English; strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a rigorous approach to work; collaborative team player.
• Bonus: Previous relevant experience.
