Country Sales Manager, Ultrasound, Philippines | GE HealthCare

The Tone:

This role is a critical commercial leadership position responsible for accelerating GE HealthCare’s Ultrasound growth agenda in the Philippines while strengthening customer partnerships and expanding market leadership. The role drives sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, strategic account penetration, and customer engagement while leading a high-performing sales organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute the annual commercial strategy and operating plan for the Ultrasound business in the Philippines.
• Revenue Growth: Deliver orders, revenue, market share, profitability, and operating plan commitments across the Ultrasound portfolio.
• Team Leadership: Develop, coach, and lead a high-performance commercial organization, establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Strategic Partnerships: Strengthen executive-level relationships with hospital leadership, clinicians, and key opinion leaders, driving competitive conversion.
• Market Expansion: Develop and manage distributor and channel partner strategies to expand market coverage and strengthen regional presence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. This is a Manager-level role focused on commercial strategy and sales leadership within medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of commercial experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, diagnostics, imaging, or capital equipment, with at least 5 years in sales leadership and people management responsibility. Proven track record of consistently delivering revenue growth and market share gains.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, forecasting, commercial planning, leadership, influencing, stakeholder management, strategic account management, and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Bonus: Experience in Ultrasound, Diagnostic Imaging, Women’s Health, Cardiovascular, or Medical Device industries; prior experience leading distributor or channel-based commercial models; MBA or advanced business qualification; demonstrated success in enterprise selling and strategic account management; experience working in multinational healthcare organizations.
