What You’ll Actually Do
• Cost Development: Utilize professional knowledge to develop the cost per unit for current models.
• Financial Closing: Conduct monthly closing activities to finalize financial records.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales and materials data to identify trends and insights.
• Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate parts and unit price quotes for various business needs.
• Variance Assessment: Assess financial variances with appropriate supervision to understand discrepancies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or an associate’s degree paired with relevant experience. This is an entry-level position focused on core accounting principles.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required if holding an associate’s degree. Demonstrated understanding of GAAP/IFRS is essential.
• Skills: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, analytical problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of SAP software is also required.
