What You’ll Actually Do
• Cost Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs and budget-to-actual results to identify variances and trends.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed production and cost analysis reports for internal stakeholders.
• Profitability Support: Support product costing, pricing, and overall profitability analysis.
• Process Improvement: Help identify and recommend cost-saving and process improvement opportunities within operations.
• Financial Close & Audit: Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, annual budgeting, and financial audits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred, with a plus for manufacturing or cost accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: SAP or other ERP experience.
