This Cosmetic Beauty Sales Representative position is crucial for driving in-house marketing, promotion, and direct sales of cosmetic products, directly impacting sales volume and creating positive customer experiences through engaging interactions and effective merchandising within retail locations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Impact: Positively impact sales volume through individual in-house marketing efforts and direct point-of-sale involvement, ensuring significant contributions to assigned product performance.
• Customer Engagement: Greet all customers with enthusiasm, expertly determine their needs, and provide courteous and knowledgeable service, effectively suggesting products by following established service and selling strategies to create an amazing high-touch experience.
• Merchandising & Display: Maintain the cosmetic line’s merchandising concepts by ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization across gondolas, visual displays, product assortment, and drawers. This also includes using personal creativity in setting up and designing necessary displays within specified locations based on broad promotional concepts.
• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the detailed history of cosmetic products and companies, being prepared to communicate this knowledge to customers. Actively pursue additional product knowledge and artistry techniques as needed, and participate in store meetings and training seminars.
• Event Participation: Engage in the cosmetic line’s day-to-day business activities, animations, and in-store events, with a focus on attracting new clients and engaging them quickly and effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of make-up sales or make-up artist experience is preferred for this role.
• Skills: Strong selling skills; ability to do basic beauty make-up; comfort approaching and speaking with store customers; ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bonus: Goal-oriented with a fun and outgoing personality, and an enjoyment in persuading people in a positive way.
