This role is crucial for developing and advancing strategic internal and external communications for the company’s Foundational Business, specifically by shaping the executive voice and vision of its leadership team. The Corporate Vice President will ensure clear, unified messaging that supports the company’s strategic direction, enhances agility, and reinforces a cohesive narrative across all stakeholders.

• Mission: Shape and articulate executive voice and vision for Foundational Business leaders, aligning internal and external messaging to support company strategy and enhance its reputation.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Executive Messaging: Discern executive leadership style, strategic priorities, and communication preferences to create clear, compelling messaging that authentically represents their voice across all engagements.
• Content Creation: Produce and tailor content for various platforms including internal communications, keynote addresses, leadership forums, external partnerships, and digital channels, ensuring message effectiveness.
• Narrative Cohesion: Integrate internal and external communications to align with company-wide initiatives, enhance agility, and reinforce a unified company narrative.
• Thought Leadership: Orchestrate proactive storytelling efforts to position executives—and by extension, the company—as industry thought leaders, identifying timely opportunities to elevate the corporate brand.
• Strategic Translation: Simplify complex business strategies and technical concepts into high-impact, accessible language, ensuring clarity, relatability, and impact for diverse stakeholder audiences.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Executive-level understanding of leadership dynamics and corporate strategy, with a focus on corporate messaging.
• Experience: 12-15 years in executive communications, corporate messaging, or strategic content development roles.
• Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; Strong editorial judgment; Ability to anticipate communication needs.
• Bonus: Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-stakes environments.
