Corporate Trainee Program | Quad

The Tone:
This is a full-time Corporate Trainee Program at Quad, primarily based at the corporate headquarters in Sussex, WI, with rotations potentially requiring relocation across the U.S. Quad is a global marketing experience company that uses its data-driven integrated marketing and manufacturing platform to streamline solutions for clients and enhance their marketing spend effectiveness. This program is designed to accelerate careers, building project management, business acumen, and foundational leadership skills over 2-3 years, preparing trainees to step into impactful roles within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Participate in immersive, six-month rotations across key business functions to gain deep insights into industry and company operations.
• Manage Projects: Take on meaningful responsibilities to manage projects, make strategic contributions, and collaborate across various teams.
• Solve Challenges: Engage with real-world business challenges, applying knowledge and skills to solve problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop Leadership: Build foundational leadership skills, learning to influence others, manage projects, and think critically to align work with business goals.
• Network: Regularly interact with and learn from top executives through mentorship, networking events, and executive-led panels.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position requiring recent completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience: Willingness to relocate to different Quad sites within the U.S. for six months or more for rotational assignments.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, the ability to think strategically, with a demonstrated capacity for problem-solving and innovation.
• Bonus: A proactive mindset and a drive to solve challenges creatively, a basic understanding of key business functions such as marketing, finance, and data analytics.
