About the Corporate Strategy Analyst Role:

Genista Biosciences seeks a data-driven Corporate Strategy Analyst to join its commercial/strategy team. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Strategy, with dotted lines to the CEO and Head of Customer Success, this role involves end-to-end analytics. The analyst will be responsible for building integrated revenue and financial models and designing live dashboards. Their work directly impacts revenue growth strategy adjustments, margin optimization, and strategic investment decisions across Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Laboratory Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting and Demand Planning: Deriving cost functions across sales, marketing, and operations; creating monthly dashboards tracking financial and revenue metrics.
Revenue Modeling, Reporting, and Analysis: Applying various statistical methods (SMA, WMA, exponential smoothing, regression, time-series analysis) to forecast revenues and create management reports. This includes accounting for factors like seasonality, customer ramp-up, and cohorts.
Market Research: Quantifying markets in the US/Canada and creating reports identifying geographic and commodity segments to inform business development.
Sales Automation: Implementing sales automation workflows (Salesforce or similar CRMs) to improve pipeline progression and manage inbound, cold, and hot opportunities.
Strategic, Financial Modeling: Designing live dashboards for revenue, sales volumes, and other KPIs relevant to customer success and marketing. Utilizing tools like Equals and Excel to reduce manual reporting.
Strategy Planning: Collaborating with the Head of Growth & Strategy and CEO to identify growth and investment opportunities while maximizing profitability. This includes projects like hurdle rate calculations for logistics, R&D, etc.
