• Team: Reports to the Store Manager, supporting daily store operations.
• Mission: To help the store operate efficiently by assisting customers, managing cash register operations, restocking merchandise, and providing support to the Store Manager.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Assistance: Assist customers with their needs and inquiries.
• Cash Register Operation: Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Merchandise Management: Restock merchandise to ensure products are available and displays are maintained.
• Operational Support: Support the Store Manager with various day-to-day store operations.

• Background: Entry-Level management position. No prior management experience is required, as the company provides best-in-class leadership training.
• Experience: No specific years of management experience are required, as this role is designed for individuals seeking to enter or grow within a leadership career.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential. Must meet minimum age requirements: 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah).
