What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Construct and maintain detailed valuation and financial models to support transaction analysis.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare clear, data-driven presentations for review and decision-making by executive leadership.
• Due Diligence: Support cross-functional due diligence efforts, including the coordination of question lists and partnering on forecast financial modeling with business units.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and competitor research to inform business strategy and identify opportunities.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify, screen, and value potential M&A and investment opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Transaction Services, Private Equity, or related fields, ideally within the technology sector.
• Skills: Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills; strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; excellent analytical judgment to tackle complex projects independently and identify root issues; strong written and verbal communication skills; high capacity for work and resilience to maintain performance over long periods.
• Bonus: Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to streamline and redesign deal workflows for measurable impact, such as efficiency gains, higher-quality output, or improved deal velocity.
