This role is essential for providing strong support to the marketing team at Universal Music Enterprises (UMe), helping to bring iconic catalog music to new generations. The Coordinator will play a key role in executing world-class campaigns by coordinating timelines, creative assets, meetings, reports, and budgets for legendary artists.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team, focusing on execution for iconic catalog releases, particularly physical releases.
• Asset Management: Coordinate the creation, trafficking, and delivery of creative assets, including artwork, videos, social content, and marketing materials.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, artist calls, and campaign check-ins across various departments and time zones.
• Timeline Management: Maintain campaign timelines, track deadlines, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed on progress.
• Documentation: Support the creation of decks, one-sheets, marketing plans, and recap reports.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a passion for music and an interest in the legacy and influence of catalog artists.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience, which may include internships, agency work, or previous coordinator roles.
• Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools; ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment; proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
