Coordinator, Product Marketing | Universal Music Group

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Support: Provide administrative and project support for catalog music campaigns, with a focus on physical release setup.
• Asset Coordination: Coordinate the creation, trafficking, and delivery of creative assets including artwork, videos, social content, and marketing materials.
• Meeting Management: Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, artist calls, and campaign check-ins across various departments and time zones.
• Timeline & Reporting: Maintain campaign timelines, track deadlines, and support the creation of marketing plans, presentations, and recap reports.
• Financial Administration: Assist with budget tracking, vendor setup, invoice processing, and other essential financial documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career stage with an interest in the legacy and influence of catalog artists.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience; internships, agency work, or previous coordinator roles are a plus.
• Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Bonus: Proactive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset. Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team. Strong work ethic and appreciation for legendary music.
