Cannabis Coordinator | Jeeter – a DreamFields Brand
The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at Jeeter – a DreamFields Brand, located at an unspecified company facility. DreamFields is a top five cannabis company, home to the #1 pre-roll brand, Jeeter, focused on producing high-quality, innovative products and exceptional customer experiences. This role is critical for supporting the efficient intake, tracking, and distribution of cannabis biomass, directly contributing to production readiness and maintaining inventory accuracy within a compliance-driven environment.

• Mission: To ensure accurate inventory management and smooth material flow of cannabis biomass for production readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Tech Stack: ERP, METRC
What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise, up-to-date records of cannabis materials received, graded, and allocated into production workflows.
• Quality Assurance: Assist with cannabis grading and intake processes, ensuring all product meets company quality standards before release.
• Order Generation: Support the Cannabis Specialist in generating cannabis infusion orders within the ERP system, ensuring proper material allocation.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the Distribution team and vendors to schedule inbound and outbound cannabis transfers, ensuring timely material availability.
• Compliance Oversight: Verify and validate batch records from Production for compliance and accuracy, and reconcile cannabis inventory across ERP and METRC systems.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED required, with a working knowledge of cannabis grading standards and plant material characteristics.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the cannabis industry, supply chain, or inventory coordination.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track large volumes of data, proficiency in data entry and documentation using ERP or inventory management systems, and collaborative communication across multiple departments.
• Bonus: Prior experience working with cannabis inventory, ERP systems, or METRC is preferred, as is experience in a production or regulated industry.
