What You’ll Actually Do
• Equipment Management: Operate and meticulously maintain cold-pressed juicing equipment, ensuring its efficient and safe performance for daily operations.
• Production & Fulfillment: Efficiently produce and fulfill all incoming food and juicing orders, meeting established quality standards and timelines.
• Recipe Expertise: Demonstrate a strong familiarity with a diverse range of juicing recipes and actively contribute to the ongoing development of new culinary offerings.
• Inventory & Waste: Accurately calculate yields for various juicing products, optimizing production consistency and diligently minimizing waste.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a consistently meticulously clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to all sanitation standards and food safety regulations to ensure public health.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
• Experience: Requires a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in food preparation.
• Skills: Proficient cooking skills are essential, alongside the ability to accurately follow established menus and recipes. Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements and dietary guidelines is also necessary.
• Bonus: Graduation from a culinary institute, military school, or completion of formal on-the-job training is preferred. Experience with quantity food preparation is also a plus.
