• Pay: $18.10–$34.20 hourly
• Team: Risk & Controls department, working with experienced risk management professionals on the Control Assurance team.
• Mission: Ensure business processes are designed and operate in alignment with Internal Control framework requirements.
• Tech Stack: Excel / Microsoft suite, SAP related processes, data analytics, data visualizations, process flow tools
What You’ll Actually Do
• Control Framework Alignment: Ensure business processes are designed and operate in a manner that aligns with Internal Control framework requirements.
• Assurance Rationalization: Support the US Risk & Control function by rationalizing assurance for more complete end-to-end monitoring methods.
• Process Testing & Tracking: Develop and establish business process testing efforts, tracking defects and fixes in business systems and applications, including SAP-related processes.
• Control Evaluation: Utilize analytical skills to evaluate financial and IT control procedures, conduct end-to-end assessments, and assess overall internal control design.
• Reporting & Enhancement: Improve monitoring reporting using data visualization capabilities and suggest control enhancements to remediate identified gaps.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Process Improvement, or a similar field. This is an entry-level internship position.
• Experience: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and available from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
• Skills: Proficient with Excel and the Microsoft suite; Action-Oriented with a drive to achieve; able to collaborate effectively by modifying personal style and listening; strong Communications skills to present information and gain shared understanding; ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments; ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
