The Tone:
This is a 12-month full-time rotational program at F.N.B. Corporation, a financial institution offering a wide range of consumer banking products and solutions, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a Consumer Product Development Program Associate, you will gain foundational skills and hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle in a consumer banking environment. This role is crucial for developing future leaders who can influence product strategy, drive growth, and create significant value for both customers and the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior, identify unmet needs, and support enhancements that improve engagement and retention across key consumer products including deposits, lending, payments, and digital banking solutions. You will translate these insights into actionable product improvements to drive stronger relationships and long-term value.
• Product Strategy: Contribute to the development and evolution of product strategies by supporting initiatives related to product design, positioning, and competitiveness. This includes evaluating product performance, identifying opportunities to simplify and optimize the product suite, and helping shape value propositions across both Consumer and Small Business segments.
• Financial Management: Gain exposure to how pricing, credit, and risk considerations impact product performance by supporting analysis of deposit pricing, loan yields, and portfolio performance metrics. You will develop an understanding of how to balance growth, profitability, and risk while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Professional Growth: Participate in structured training focused on product management, financial analysis, and strategic thinking. This includes developing core professional skills such as communication, presentation, and executive storytelling, with opportunities for mentorship and networking with senior leaders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners including Retail, Digital, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Small Business teams to support the delivery of integrated product solutions. This experience will strengthen your ability to operate collaboratively and align competing priorities for a seamless customer experience.
