2027 Entry Level Consultant – Technology | FTI Consulting

The Tone:
This is a full-time entry-level role at FTI Consulting, located in various cities across the U.S. FTI Consulting is a global expert firm that partners with top multinational corporations, law firms, banks, and private equity firms to navigate crises and transformations. This role is crucial for delivering impact by resolving disputes, managing risk, optimizing performance, and responding to complex situations as an integral part of a focused team.

• Team: Member of a project team under the multi-year Skills Accelerate program, working closely with professionals and senior leaders.
• Mission: Respond rapidly to dynamic and complex client situations by providing expert technology and advanced analytics consulting services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Collaboration: Become an integral member of a project team, working closely with FTI professionals and senior leaders to address client needs.
• Technology Consulting: Learn a range of skills around data, including e-discovery, digital forensics, and case management, to support critical legal and regulatory matters.
• Advanced Analytics Research: Conduct investigative fact-finding with advanced analytics to mine large datasets and perform substantive research and analysis.
• Client Support: Support corporations, governments, and law firms in meeting critical legal and regulatory requirements, including investigations, information governance, and data privacy.
• Documentation & Reporting: Quickly identify case-critical documents and prepare comprehensive summaries and documentation of material facts, key issues, and themes for strategic decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a fifth-year master’s program with a graduation date between May 2026 – August 2027.
• Experience: Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA. Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s). Demonstrated interest in areas such as e-discovery, digital forensics, case management, advanced analytics research, and data interpretation.
• Bonus: Preferred majors include Business, Computer Forensics, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital Forensics, Economics, Information Technology Management, Management Information Systems, Law, Pre-Law, International Law, Risk Management, History, Art History, Journalism, Investigative Journalism, Library Science, Legal Studies, Linguistics, Philosophy, Political Science, or Research & Analysis/Legal Research.
