Consultant Junior Intégration & Séparation – F/H | KPMG
The Tone:
This is a full-time, hybrid role at KPMG, located in La Défense, France (Île-de-France). KPMG is the leading multidisciplinary firm in France, offering expertise across audit, consulting, and legal services to clients ranging from CAC 40 companies to SMEs. This role is crucial for assisting clients in navigating the complex IT landscapes of mergers, acquisitions, and broader digital transformations, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency for their information systems.

• Mission: Assist clients in navigating complex IT integration and separation challenges within M&A contexts, as well as broader SI transformation projects.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Support: Support IT due diligence processes for buy-side and sell-side transactions, analyzing digital aspects, integration/separation risks, and identifying potential synergies and economies.
• System Integration/Separation Planning: Define and plan IT system integrations or separations, including creating future SI blueprints (organizational, application, infrastructure), developing transition plans, and analyzing target costs, TSAs, exit plans, and cutover strategies.
• Implementation & Transition: Plan and prepare for Day 1 operational readiness, analyze evolutions and migrations for Day 2, provide PMO support, and assist with the implementation of target solutions.
• SI Transformation Projects: Frame and support IT transformation projects by developing SI master plans, ensuring strategic business-IT alignment, and elaborating financial models to support these transformations.
• Operational Model Optimization: Optimize the operational model of IT organizations and assist in implementing new modes of operation, with opportunities to contribute to digital strategy and enterprise architecture.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, Master’s Degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school, or university, with specialization in information systems, management, or finance, and an interest in IT.
• Experience: Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate, demonstrating an interest in IT.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities, rigor in complex problem-solving, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and good command of English.
• Bonus: An international experience is a plus.
