• Team: Manages a high-performing team of consultants within the Professional Services Consulting team in India.
• Mission: Leads and develops a team of consultants to deliver high-quality Workday solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, consistent delivery, and building consulting capability in a global model.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team of consultants supporting Workday applications, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Resource Alignment: Partner with Resource Management, regional teams, and Engagement Managers to staff customer engagements effectively and build required capability across the consulting organization.
• Delivery & Satisfaction: Drive high levels of customer satisfaction, utilization, and delivery performance against quarterly objectives for the consulting team.
• Methodology Adherence: Ensure consultants consistently follow Workday’s implementation methodology, delivery activities, processes, and procedures.
• Strategic Contribution: Maintain and strengthen subject-matter expertise in Workday products and methodology, actively contributing to the strategic direction of the Global Services and Professional Services organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, serving as a Manager-level leader.
• Experience: 14+ years of overall experience implementing cloud-based enterprise systems, with 10+ years in consulting and people-management experience or leading implementation teams.
• Skills: Strong consulting, organizational, project-management, networking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline, and demonstrated experience leading teams in a global delivery or distributed-services environment.
