What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Advance leadership and innovation skills through formal training, mentorship, career planning, and networking within global engineering teams.
• Contribute: Directly engage in business-critical projects, including roles in commercial content creation, application development, and customer engagement.
• Implement: Work with industrial automation technologies to support The Connected Enterprise across various business segments.
• Collaborate: Partner with a team of fellow consultants to deliver comprehensive customer solutions and implementations.
• Innovate: Design and deploy disruptive digital technologies like IoT, Machine Learning, and Augmented Reality to drive client business model innovation.
• Optimize: Improve client innovation, product development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes by deploying enterprise technologies such as PLM, PPM, SCM, and ERP.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university, with a technically focused degree preferred.
• Experience: Graduated in the past three years. Willingness to travel up to 80% is critical, and ability to relocate every six months is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated experience approaching challenges with innovative solutions and proven organizational strategies to meet team goals and timelines.
• Bonus: A cumulative GPA of 3.5+ on a 4.0 scale. Prior engagement with Nexora Solutions through an event or internship is a plus.
