What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Collaboration: Become a contributing member of a project team, working closely with experienced professionals and senior leaders.
• Client Engagement: Support efforts to meet the diverse needs of clients facing complex situations and critical business challenges.
• Specialized Learning: Educate yourself on the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment, understanding its various practice areas.
• Practice Area Selection: Choose a specific practice area and preferred market location within the segment, such as AI Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Dispute Advisory Services, or Construction, Projects & Assets, based on your interests during the application process.
• Problem Solving: Contribute to resolving disputes, navigating crises, managing risk, and optimizing performance for clients across various industries.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for candidates actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a fifth-year master’s program.
• Experience: Required graduation date is between May 2026 – August 2027. Applicants must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is a basic requirement. Candidates should demonstrate a collaborative and highly motivated approach, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bonus: Preferred majors include Accounting, Business, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial), Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Construction Management, Cybersecurity, Environmental Science, Health Sciences, Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Management, Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, and Physics. The ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) is also preferred.
