What You’ll Actually Do
• Consultancy Delivery: Craft and deliver comprehensive Cyber Risk and Business Continuity consultancy services to Aon’s largest clients.
• Program Development: Lead the development and implementation of the integrated Cyber Loop approach across Latin America, covering key phases such as assessment, quantification, insurance, and incident response readiness.
• Service Innovation: Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and products within the cyber risk and business continuity domain.
• Market Engagement: Interact with broking, client facing, and commercial areas to effectively utilize and expand Aon’s service delivery to the market and clients.
• Technical Assessment: Detail technical issues identified during security assessments, clearly articulate the associated risks to clients, and provide tailored recommendations for remediation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT or an equivalent field. This is a senior-level consulting position requiring solid, demonstrated experience in information security and/or cyber risk and business continuity.
• Experience: Solid, hands-on experience in information security and/or cyber risk and business continuity consultancy, applying expertise to complex client environments and challenges.
• Skills: Expertise in information security frameworks, including ISO NBR 27001 and the Cybersecurity framework from the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Strong knowledge of business continuity management, specifically ISO NBR 22301, complemented by a relevant business continuity certification. Ability to accurately detail technical issues identified during security assessments, articulate the associated risks to clients, and formulate tailored recommendations for remediation. Intermediate proficiency in both English and Spanish, demonstrating strong communication skills for effective interaction with Aon colleagues and diverse clients.
