The TL;DR

• Mission: Assist Field and Office Engineers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the construction process and support project operations.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Prolog, Primavera, AutoDesk Suite

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage subcontractor activities and relationships to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Review and process submittals to verify material compliance and project specifications.
• Develop Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify construction documents and resolve site issues.
• Conduct layout and surveying tasks to establish accurate site measurements and alignments.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports documenting project progress, activities, and observations.
• Support quality control initiatives and contribute to the implementation of the project’s safety plan.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a 4-year degree, preferably in Civil, Structural, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Experience: Familiarity with computer software including Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel), Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk Suite.
• Skills: Strong communication skills.
