What You’ll Actually Do

• Learn strategies and processes employed to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction on completed projects.
• Expand responsibilities and experiences based on demonstrated proficiency and prior performance as a returning intern.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level internship for students currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience required, but a strong interest and enthusiasm for learning about the construction industry is essential.
• Skills: Demonstrate a strong work ethic with professionalism and reliability, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and exhibit strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Bonus: Have reliable transportation and/or the ability to travel or relocate for the summer, be goal-driven and able to meet deadlines, and be open to constructive feedback and mentorship from peers and experienced professionals.
