What You’ll Actually Do

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level internship for students currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience required, but a strong interest and enthusiasm for learning about the construction industry is essential.
• Skills: Demonstrate a strong work ethic with professionalism and reliability, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and exhibit strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
