What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Management: Scan and file documents, review statements and transaction activity, and maintain compliance logs.
• Procedure Testing: Test compliance procedures and provide support to relationship managers in client service functions.
• Regulatory Assistance: Assist with the preparation of various regulatory documents.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain firm records, calendars, workflows, and status updates for the team.
• Administrative Support: Perform data entry into internal software or Excel and provide administrative assistance to senior compliance consultants.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently a student pursuing a major in Finance, Economics, Communications, Political Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort in utilizing technology tools to complete work tasks.
• Skills: Possess a very detailed-oriented approach, demonstrate self-motivation, and have a strong interest in learning new regulations pertinent to investment advisers.
