What You’ll Actually Do
• System Development: Develop, organize, and enhance filing systems, document repositories, and folder structures to maintain order and accessibility.
• Document Management: Organize, label, archive, and efficiently retrieve a variety of documents, records, and files, including compliance activities, forms, and SOPs.
• Communication Handling: Draft professional email communications, standardize departmental messages, and monitor platforms like Slack and Gmail to respond to inquiries accurately.
• Coordination & Tracking: Assist with scheduling appointments, tracking tasks, managing follow-ups, and coordinating efforts between facilities and staff.
• Compliance Support: Aid in compiling necessary information for audits and inspections, organize SOP libraries, and track regulatory deadlines and team requests.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level career focus with a foundational understanding of regulatory documents at a basic administrative level.
• Experience: Proficiency with common workplace tools such as Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Skills: Strong organizational and filing abilities; excellent written and verbal communication; keen attention to detail for consistent formatting and accurate records; capability to multitask, follow through, and execute tasks promptly.
• Bonus: Previous experience in administration, compliance support, or the cannabis industry, or a background in task coordination, project support, document management, or office administration.
