As a Community Lead, you are integral to delivering an elevated member experience at your WeWork location, ensuring that member needs are met and WeWork’s global standards are consistently maintained. This role is crucial for fostering a welcoming environment, curating events based on member interests, and connecting members for business opportunities to deliver an un-compromised member experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Membership Engagement & Retention: Proactively engage with owned accounts through scheduled conversations to maximize membership value, anticipate member and guest needs to personalize experiences, and directly address negative feedback from conference room ratings or member experience systems like Medallia, ensuring solutions fully meet member requirements.
• Community & Events Programming: Design and host engaging weekly social events to foster a vibrant community within your location, provide feedback on programming types, evaluate event success, distribute promotional materials, and ensure all necessary operational requirements are met for each event.
• Operational & Safety Management: Conduct daily morning walkthroughs to identify and resolve issues, liaise with third-party cleaning companies to uphold cleanliness standards, manage building energy and atmosphere, track keycard inventory, and ensure adherence to emergency action plans and security protocols, creating incident reports as necessary.
• Member Lifecycle & Sales Support: Coordinate seamless member move-ins, including pre-move-in meetings, new member orientations, and customized onboarding materials, while also conducting move-out interviews to gather feedback. Additionally, provide support to sales by conducting building tours for prospective members and identifying growth opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a hospitality-related domain.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in hospitality roles.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and networking capabilities, strong verbal and written communication, robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask, and proficiency in the local language and culture.
