Job Description: Community Experience Specialist Intern
This internship is designed for individuals who are great for students and is college accredited. As a Community Experience Specialist Intern, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing the company’s growing community. The position focuses on advocacy and understanding client needs rather than just handling service tasks.

Key responsibilities and learning opportunities include:
• Advocacy and Listening: You will listen in on client sessions to understand their needs and learn how W.R.A.C.’s services create impact.
• Support and Insights: You will support the team by taking notes, managing follow-ups, and providing insights that help strengthen the company’s connection with and service to its community.
• Community Building: This role is focused on helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
• Hands-on Experience: You will gain practical, hands-on experience in client success and community building.

Program Details:
• Duration: This is a 20-week program.
• Potential for Permanent Role: The internship has the potential to convert into a permanent position.
• Hours: You will work approximately 10-15 hours weekly.
