What You’ll Actually Do
Internal & External Communications: Assist the team in the comprehensive process of creating, meticulously reviewing, and efficiently distributing communications targeted at both internal stakeholders and external audiences. This involves ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment in all messaging.
Outreach & Promotional Content Production: Provide direct support in the development and production of a variety of outreach materials, engaging presentations, and compelling promotional content. Your assistance will help articulate our message effectively to the public.
Community & On-Site Engagement: Actively participate in planned community engagement events and contribute to on-site communications initiatives. This involves direct interaction with audiences and representing the organization in public settings.
Social Media Management & Interaction: Help manage the organization’s social media platforms, undertaking tasks such as content scheduling, monitoring posts, and engaging proactively in audience interaction to foster a vibrant online presence.
Messaging Consistency & Campaign Evaluation: Coordinate diligently with colleagues across the team to guarantee that all messaging remains consistent across diverse channels and that communication projects stay on their defined schedules. Additionally, you will support efforts to conduct research, monitor relevant trends, and assist in evaluating the overall performance and impact of various communication campaigns.
