What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including managing staff schedules, coordinating client appointments, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for pets and their families.
• Business Development: Drive business growth through sales activities, local marketing initiatives, and social media engagement to promote Serenity Paws’ services.
• Service Enhancement: Contribute to product and service development by identifying customer needs and refining offerings to improve quality and appeal.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and support strategic planning to ensure the financial health and long-term success of the business.
• Client & Facility Care: Participate hands-on with clients, ensure clear communication with team members, and actively maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming facility.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience: Experience in sales, customer relationship management, marketing, and social media for outreach and brand awareness.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Bonus: Experience in pet care, animal services, or related consumer services is preferred, along with basic financial literacy and familiarity with small business operations or entrepreneurship.
