Entry Level Finance Solutions Analyst (Bus Dev) | Smart Capital Center

The Tone:
This is a client-facing position at Smart Capital Center. The company builds an AI-powered platform purpose-built for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) investment and financial management in the U.S. market. This platform combines real-time data intelligence, workflow automation, and AI-driven insights to power underwriting, asset management, portfolio analytics, and investment operations. This role is crucial for ensuring institutional investment firms successfully adopt and maximize the platform’s value, thereby helping them make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions through advanced technology at the intersection of AI, finance, and real estate.

• Mission: This person ensures institutional clients successfully adopt and utilize the AI-powered platform to optimize their commercial real estate investment and financial management workflows, ultimately empowering them to make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Analyze, reconcile, and validate financial and property-level data to ensure accuracy and integrity within the platform’s systems, supporting critical investment operations.
• Client Workflow Support: Provide direct support to institutional clients across their core underwriting, asset management, and portfolio reporting workflows, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of the platform’s capabilities.
• Platform Engagement: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, comprehensive onboarding sessions, targeted user training, and professional client presentations, clearly explaining platform capabilities and AI-driven insights to diverse audiences.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a key liaison, collaborating closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to swiftly resolve client issues and actively contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the platform.
• Operational Improvement: Proactively help improve internal operational processes, refine documentation, and advance client success initiatives to enhance the overall client experience and platform efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A recent graduate or junior professional with 0–2 years of experience, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience or a strong aptitude for client-facing engagement, including confident communication, strong presentation abilities, and the capacity to articulate complex financial and technical concepts clearly.
• Skills: Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail; demonstrates excellent written and spoken English for professional client interactions and documentation.
• Bonus: A keen and genuine interest in the convergence of AI, fintech, commercial real estate, and enterprise technology; comfortable thriving in a high-performance environment; proactive, organized, and eager to rapidly learn and grow.
