Client Service Analyst – PPM | Cotiviti

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Cotiviti, located remotely in the continental US. Cotiviti focuses on providing support for client-facing teams regarding coding, policy, and operational activities. This role is crucial for ensuring that the Client Policy Managers, Client Service Managers, and Medical Directors receive the necessary support to manage client relationships and policy implementations effectively. The work directly contributes to maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Mission: This person ensures smooth client service operations by providing analytical and administrative support for policy and operational inquiries.
• Tech Stack: Business Objects (BO), Presentation Manager (PM), Web Intelligence (Webi), JIRA, Excel.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Supports Policy Management: Assists the Client Policy Manager with Periodic Update, Prior Approval, and New Policy processes by generating presentations, analyzing data, capturing decisions, and pulling necessary reports.
• Manages Client Change Requests: Creates presentations for client and internal ad hoc change requests, documents and finalizes decisions, and initiates Project Requests for operational teams.
• Responds to Inquiries: Reviews, analyzes, and responds to policy and operational inquiries by a defined completion date, communicating any necessary adjustments to the client team.
• Performs Data Analytics: Runs, modifies, and formats Web Intelligence and Business Objects reports to analyze data, summarize findings, and provide accurate client or policy information.
• Tracks Client Activities: Enters and manages client inquiries, report requests, and research requests in JIRA for routing and tracking, and provides reporting to the client team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A B.S. or B.A. in business or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred, with a focus on the US Healthcare industry and claims analysis.
• Experience: Requires less than 1 year of related experience, demonstrating advanced Excel knowledge including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUPs, and statistical functions.
• Skills: Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting problems and identifying root causes, effective written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bonus: Professionalism in handling confidential information, ability to work well independently and in a team environment, and the desire and capacity to learn new concepts and software.
