What You’ll Actually Do
• Expert Recruitment: Recruit new experts for the network and identify the best candidates from the internal database for specific project needs.
• Industry Research and Expert Vetting: Apply knowledge of client strategies across various industry sectors to identify, vet, qualify, and present the most qualified experts for projects.
• Client and Expert Coordination: Prioritize projects effectively, manage communications with newly recruited experts, and organize meetings between experts and clients.
• Compliance Assurance: Master and uphold compliance standards across various industry sectors to ensure the integrity of all client engagements.
• Project Management and Negotiation: Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects, understand client needs through tailored solutions, and negotiate optimal outcomes in expert engagements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• Experience: Prior sales, recruiting, or management experience is welcomed.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; a proactive attitude with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability; strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Foreign language skills (e.g., Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Dutch, Scandinavian).
