Client Engagement Manager (Automotive) | Microchip Technology

What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage: Utilize Microchip’s Client Engagement Process to methodically drive design wins, converting them into revenue at select target clients.
• Consult: Use deep insight and consultative selling techniques to educate customers about their industry, offering unique perspectives on their business challenges that link directly back to Microchip‘s comprehensive solutions.
• Manage: Drive and cultivate the overall business relationship with assigned clients, ensuring sustained partnership and growth.
• Influence: Identify key client stakeholders and effectively coach them to build internal consensus and advocacy for Microchip’s solutions within their organization.
• Collaborate: Actively contribute and participate within a global team environment to successfully develop and implement overarching sales strategies across various client divisions and geographical locations.
• Communicate: Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions, providing quantifiable feedback and demonstrating the Return on Investment (ROI) for their commitments to clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Engineering discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant work experience, with preference for the Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer, or Industrial sectors.
• Skills: Strategic thinking, critical thinking, effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal influence, and networking to build consensus.
