The Client Banking Specialist is a key clerical position, responsible for managing client payment processing and supporting financial operations vital to the company’s success and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Report Generation: Generate and distribute daily check run reports for clients.
• Payment Processing: Collect and process incoming check payments, along with prepping outgoing check payments.
• Authorization & Release: Release client check runs promptly and accurately upon receiving client authorizations.
• Quality Assurance: Review and audit other employees’ work to ensure quality and adherence to procedural measures.
• Client Communication: Distribute client notifications for check runs daily and in a timely manner.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma required, with core domain knowledge in banking operations and basic bookkeeping principles.
• Experience: 2+ years of related work experience.
• Skills: Ability to reconcile funding accounts and transactions, proficient in 10-key and typing skills, strong attention to detail, working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access, and basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• Bonus: Prior banking reconciliation experience is strongly preferred, including areas like Business Banking, Treasury Management, or funds movement processes.
