What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Lifecycle Management: Independently manage client service and operational activities across onboarding, renewals, open enrollment, and ongoing support.
• Technical Resource: Serve as a technical resource for HRIS and enrollment platforms, benefits communications, surveys, and reporting.
• Contract Accuracy: Review benefit contracts and related materials for accuracy before delivery to clients.
• Inquiry Resolution: Resolve complex client inquiries and manage assigned lifecycle activities with limited supervision.
• Financial and Reporting Support: Support financial analysis, claims and utilization reporting, and renewal preparation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career professional with a general understanding of client lifecycle processes in client support or benefits administration.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, demonstrating technical proficiency with open enrollment guide applications.
• Skills: Technical proficiency with open enrollment guide applications, understanding of benefits administration, ability to resolve complex client inquiries, and support financial reporting.
• Bonus: Ability to obtain a Life & Health License within required state timelines.
