Job Description: Cleanroom Sampling & Testing Specialist
As a Cleanroom Sampling & Testing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting high-quality manufacturing within a regulated cleanroom environment. This hands-on position requires a meticulous approach to aseptic practices, sampling, and data recording.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aseptic Operations: Work hands-on in a cleanroom environment, performing aseptic gowning and executing raw material sampling procedures.
- Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of containers, components, and consumables to ensure they meet quality standards required for manufacturing.
- Sample Management: Accurately receive, label, handle, and safely dispose of samples following established protocols.
- Instrument Calibration: Calibrate or verify the calibration status of instruments prior to each use, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Data Recording & Reporting: Maintain precise and accurate records of all test results and promptly report any unusual or unexpected findings.
- Laboratory Maintenance: Proactively manage lab supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels, and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Client Support: Provide reliable and professional support to internal clients and manufacturing teams, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Compliance & Training: Complete all required training modules and strictly adhere to all regulatory guidelines, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Cross-Training: Gain valuable cross-training experience in the sampling and testing of compressed gas systems and tankers, expanding your skill set.

Qualifications

- Physical Comfort: Comfortable with a moderately physical role that includes extended periods of standing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, OR equivalent hands-on experience in a relevant setting.
- Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Additional Information
- Hourly Pay Range: $21.50 – $22.50
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
