What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Living Assistance: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Environment Maintenance: Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients and perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Health Support: Provide medication reminders, safe mobility support, and transfers.
• Nutritional Support: Prepare meals and assist clients with eating.
• Emotional Care: Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; successful background check clearance.
• Experience: No healthcare experience required; paid training is provided. Prior experience in fast-paced industries like restaurants, food service, or hospitality is beneficial.
• Skills: A reliable car, valid automobile insurance, and a valid driver’s license are required; strong work ethic, effective multitasking, ability to stay calm under pressure, and adeptness at anticipating and understanding people’s needs.
