Entry-Level Dental Assistant | Aspen Dental

What You’ll Actually Do
• Treatment Assistance: Assist doctors efficiently during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Operatory Management: Set up and meticulously break down the operatory post-treatment, ensuring readiness for the next patient.
• Infection Control: Manage infection control processes by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment according to protocols.
• Patient Documentation: Support doctors by accurately performing patient charting as needed for comprehensive records.
• Collaborative Care: Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care experiences.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent. This is an early career position with extensive training provided.
• Experience: Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice. Paid training and certification assistance are provided.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the dental field.
