What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Assist with civil engineering design work for roadway, grading, and drainage projects.
• Development: Support site development and utility projects for residential and commercial clients.
• Documentation: Prepare critical project documentation including construction plans and specifications.
• Estimation: Generate bid documents, design calculations, and cost estimates for various initiatives.
• Learning: Engage in learning and applying relevant civil engineering design standards and procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Experience: 0-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills: Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to compose professional emails, letters, and memos effectively; Capable of multi-tasking and managing several responsibilities simultaneously.
