Chinese CEO Assistant – New York City Metropolitan Area
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally skilled Chinese CEO Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support. This pivotal role is a full-time, on-site position located within the vibrant New York City Metropolitan Area. As the Chinese CEO Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO’s operations, managing daily administrative tasks, and acting as a primary liaison for both internal and external communications. Your contributions will be essential in fostering smooth day-to-day activities and ensuring efficient organizational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support directly to the CEO, assisting with a wide range of operational and strategic tasks.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion.
- Act as a crucial liaison, facilitating effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and high-level stakeholders.
- Proactively manage and maintain the CEO’s complex schedules and calendars, optimizing time and commitments.
- Efficiently coordinate and organize meetings, including scheduling, preparing necessary materials, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Handle all aspects of office administration tasks, ensuring an organized and productive working environment.
- Ensure and enhance efficient organizational workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Contribute significantly to the CEO’s operations, directly impacting strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
- Foster and maintain smooth day-to-day activities, proactively anticipating needs and resolving potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong Executive and Administrative Assistance Skills: Demonstrated expertise in providing high-level support to executives, including advanced schedule management, professional meeting coordination, and comprehensive administrative assistance.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English, with the capacity to serve as a professional and articulate point of contact for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional Organization Skills: A meticulous attention to detail, strong capabilities in multitasking, and a proven ability to prioritize workloads effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Extensive Office Administration Experience: Proven proficiency in handling professional correspondence, preparing comprehensive reports, and diligently managing confidential records and documentation.
- Bilingual Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English REQUIRED: Must possess full professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English to facilitate seamless and effective communication across diverse teams, leadership, and a global business context.
