The company is a rapidly scaling growth-stage renewable energy investor, developer, and asset owner focused on the distributed generation market, backed by a global investment powerhouse with over $700mm in assets. Rather than acting as a traditional developer, the business builds strategic industry relationships, makes disciplined investment decisions, and delivers operational excellence across its growing asset base by working alongside leading ESCOs, EPCs, developers, and multinational energy companies. This CFO role is critical for building out and leading the entire finance function, serving as the primary finance voice to the Board during a period of significant growth.
