Cash Manager | Mars

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cash Flow Forecasting & Analysis: Lead short-term and long-term cash forecasting, analyzing financial statements to identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Working Capital Management: Spearhead initiatives to improve the cash conversion cycle by optimizing all components of working capital in collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Serve as the primary liaison for cash management matters, preparing and presenting clear, concise reports on cash flow performance and projections to leadership.
• Process and Systems Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement of cash management processes, forecasting methodologies, and internal controls, leveraging SAP and Power BI systems.
• Strategic Financial Partnership: Provide expert financial counsel to business partners, influencing decision-making through sound analysis and a deep understanding of financial principles.
The Must-Haves
• Background: University degree in Accounting or Finance. Career level: Manager.
• Experience: Minimum five-year financial experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities; cash management experience preferred but not required.
• Skills: SAP experience or equivalent ERP system, Power BI experience along with strong digital skillset, successful communication with ability to influence via financial acumen, strong business partnership, and mutual accountability mindset.
• Bonus: MBA or CPA a plus.
