What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide personalized care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming, to maintain client hygiene and dignity.
• Support clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and eating assistance, to ensure their nutritional needs are met.
• Ensure client safety by offering safe mobility support and assisting with transfers as required.
• Administer timely medication reminders to help clients adhere to their prescribed treatment plans.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and comfortable environment for clients during night hours.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, providing the foundational education necessary for an entry-level or early-career caregiving position focused on client support.
• Experience: Candidates must demonstrate readiness for independent and reliable service by possessing a dependable car, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance, essential for client visits and emergencies.
• Skills: Proficiency in providing direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, coupled with strong abilities in safe mobility support and transfers. This role requires competence in medication reminders, meal preparation, and delivering empathetic companionship. Successful completion of a comprehensive background check is a mandatory requirement.
