What You’ll Actually Do
• Personal Care: Provide comprehensive personal care, which includes direct assistance with all daily living activities (ADLs), ensuring the utmost comfort and preserving the dignity of each client.
• Client Support: Offer crucial support to clients, assisting with mobility, facilitating transfers, supporting hygiene routines, and providing essential medication reminders to ensure strict adherence and client safety.
• Engagement: Engage clients in a range of meaningful and stimulating activities specifically designed to promote and sustain their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
• Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor each client’s health status with careful observation and meticulously report any observed changes or arising concerns to the designated healthcare team for prompt and timely intervention.
