What You’ll Actually Do
• Personal Care: Provide essential support with daily personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring client comfort and dignity.
• Mobility: Assist clients with safe transfers, walking, and other mobility needs to promote independence and prevent falls.
• Companionship: Offer genuine companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and provide emotional encouragement to uplift clients’ spirits.
• Care Planning: Diligently follow individualized care plans, accurately document observations, and effectively communicate any changes in client needs or status to the care team.
• Household Support: Assist with light housekeeping duties such as tidying common areas, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a clean and organized living environment.
