Key Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supporting clients with mobility transfers, ambulation, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Assisting with medication reminders to ensure clients adhere to their prescribed schedules.
• Continuously monitoring clients’ physical and emotional well-being and accurately reporting any observed changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Assisting with meal preparation, ensuring nutritious and enjoyable meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.

Skills & Qualifications Needed

• Strong communication and empathy: Ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and connect genuinely with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a supportive team.
• Demonstrates a reliable and caring attitude, showing professionalism and dedication in all aspects of care.
• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not always required; we value a strong desire to learn and help.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (where applicable).
